The Unexpected & a Pumpkin

I was busily working on some art instructional classes that I have been enjoying while connecting with other artists of like mind and faith and then, wham! A phone call comes in right in the middle of the session.  As I pause and look at the phone it is from the gallery.  If they call me from there it is usually significant.  The gallery owner asked me if I was sitting down.  "Yes", I said and waited for what was next.  Of course, my overthinking mind is whirling...is everything okay, is something wrong, what!!??  She announced that they were opening another location, which is the fourth location now.  I was speechless!!! Good thing I was ahead with my art preparation for Spring and pretty much ready with 14 large pieces of art.  Isn't it something how we are led to prepare for things we know nothing of?  So, it was down to my frame maker to make these, and he stepped up and did it for me even though he is a busy guy.  Thank you.  So, as of today, I am completely ready for my trip to Door County and Plum Bottom Gallery once again.  On the road again.  This time I may take a few side road trips and check out other areas in Wisconsin.  We shall see what transpires.  Being an artist is always an adventure outside of the quiet times of creating.  Here we go.
